Tourist Attractions of Kochi:
Jewish Synagogue:
Considered to be the oldest synagogue in Asia built in 1568 for the Jewish Population it is now a popular tourist attraction. St Francis Church:
It is a Portuguese church which is considered to be the first church built in India. Vasco da Gama was laid to rest at this church in Cochin.
Chinese fishing nets:
These are huge fishing nets which are used by the fishermen in Kerala. These cob webbed structures hanging from bamboo poles form an excellent silhouette cast against the crimson sky.
