Kainady Heritage Home
Built around 1885-1890, this heritage homestay overlooks the Manimala River. The lush foliage of the trees surrounding the house makes it a sheer feast for the concrete-struck urban eyes. The interiors of the guest house have been renovated in with traditional Keralian furnishings and décor. Kainady is one of the numerous islands in Kuttanad, famously known as the Rice Bowl of India for the below sea level cultivation of rice.
